LedgeRoute provides a non-custodial payment routing platform that enables users to route payments across multiple payment rails. Our services include:
- Smart payment routing across 17+ payment networks
- Multi-currency transaction support
- Stablecoin wallet integration
- Treasury management tools
- Real-time transaction monitoring
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from using our services under applicable law. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Process transactions for prohibited businesses
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- infring the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
6. Transactions
All transactions are subject to network confirmation and applicable fees. We do not guarantee transaction completion times as these depend on network conditions. You authorize us to debit your specified accounts for valid transactions.
You are responsible for verifying transaction details before submission. Reversals are only permitted under certain conditions as outlined in our refund policy.
7. Fees
Fees for our services are displayed at the time of transaction or in your account settings. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Non-Custodial Nature
LedgeRoute does not hold or custy your funds. We route transactions through third-party payment networks and stablecoin protocols. You maintain full control of your assets at all times.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform are owned by LedgeRoute or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use our services subject to these terms.
10. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEDGEROUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LedgeRoute from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
